Rami’s educational background is based on an Advertising degree with honors, a degree in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Business Communication. In addition, he has conducted extensive research in the fields of usability, UX design, and digital entrepreneurship.

With eleven years of experience within local and international corporations, working on 400+ projects, he has built his extensive career in a multi-industry environment, which enabled him to find the best UX solutions for the most complicated digital problems at Mindflares.

In addition to being a professional business strategist, Rami is an exceptional techy person, curious, problem solver, and automator by nature. As a design thinker, he believes in continuous learning and development with a focus on new innovations and technologies. He is a product visionary who identifies opportunities. And by the way, he’s a huge fan of Psychology!

Charbel has been designing digital experiences since the early days of the web. He was very involved throughout the whole design and multimedia process: from research to use-case scenarios, from user requirements to information architecture, from wireframe to design system, from visual concepts to interaction design, and campaign strategies.

During the past years, he has started as a Junior Designer and ended as a Creative Director at different agencies. One of his unique characteristics is his day-to-day involvement with the clients.

Charbel has earned many local and regional awards in web design and drives the UI/UX for web and mobile applications, where he brings solutions to complex problems. He is currently a user experience Ph.D. candidate and a university lecturer and researcher in the area of human-computer interaction. Charbel is a strategic thinker and a digital transformation researcher.
